Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and purchases through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, social media or any other communication channel. By approving a design, confirming an order or making payment, the customer accepts these terms.

1. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate name, active mobile number, email where available, complete delivery address with PIN Code, reference image or design, required name, logo, text and date, quantity, shipping and payment option. Customers must verify all information before confirmation.

2. Customized products and approval

Products are made according to approved specifications. Customers must check spelling, designation, department or unit, dates, logo, size, shape, colours, material, fitting and quantity. Production starts after required approval and payment. Changes after approval or production may be refused or charged.

3. Samples and manufacturing variation

Digital previews are for reference. Screen colours may differ slightly from actual products. Minor variations in colour, brightness, thickness, texture, cutting, alignment or finish are not defects when they do not materially affect use.

4. Official and sensitive badges

RADHE ENTERPRISE may request a valid ID, authorization letter or proof for official department, rank, uniformed-service or protected institutional identity products. False, stolen, edited or unauthorized documents are prohibited. Suspicious or unlawful orders may be rejected.

5. Privacy

Personal and verification information is used only where reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, payment, delivery, fraud prevention or authorization, and retained only as reasonably required for these purposes and legal compliance.

6. Price and payment

Prices depend on design, material, size, shape, quantity, manufacturing method, fitting, packaging and shipping. Quotations apply only to stated specifications. COD requires 15% advance, with the remainder payable on delivery. Orders are confirmed only after required payment.

7. Shipping

Prepaid Air: Rs.70, estimated transit 3-5 working days.
COD Surface: Rs.100 with 15% advance.
Eligible Gujarat prepaid shipping: Rs.35.

Production and transit times are separate. Delivery periods are estimates. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

8. Address and RTO

Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN Code and active phone. If delivery fails because of incorrect information, unavailability, refusal, non-payment or failure to collect, applicable return and redelivery charges must be paid again.

9. Cancellation, return and refund

Cancellation may be requested before design approval and production. Correctly manufactured customized products are not returnable for change of mind, customer-approved errors or minor acceptable variations. Applicable consumer-law remedies remain available for verified wrong, damaged, defective or misdescribed products.

10. Claims

Report wrong, damaged or materially defective products within 24 hours. A clear, continuous, unedited 360-degree parcel-opening video should show the sealed parcel, label, opening, contents and issue. Verified claims may receive repair, replacement, correction or refund as appropriate.

11. Intellectual property and lawful use

Customers confirm authorization to use submitted names, images, logos, emblems, trademarks and designs. Products must not impersonate authority, facilitate fraud, infringe rights or violate law. Manufacturing does not grant official rank or authority.

12. Communications and law

WhatsApp, email and website approvals form part of the order record. These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes fall under competent authorities at the registered business location in Gujarat.
